Casa Miranda consists of independent short-term rental apartments in North Park, San Diego, offering a direct-booking alternative to Airbnb for travelers wanting to stay near 30th Street.
Our two one-bedroom apartments—Garden Level and Penthouse—are at 3722 and 3724 28th Street, San Diego, CA 92104. Each sleeps up to two guests and gives you a place of your own on a residential street, close to neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries.
BUILT WITH INTENTION

We’re Lauren and Ronn, your hosts. We live in the front house and built Casa Miranda on our property, completing the apartments in 2021. Sustainable design, comfortable spaces, and a love of North Park shaped what we built.
We’re nearby when you need us and give you space to enjoy your stay. Whether you’re visiting friends and family, exploring San Diego as a couple, or trying out North Park before a move, we want you to feel at home.
EVERYDAY COMFORT
Your own little North Park.
Both apartments have a full kitchen, private washer and dryer, fiber internet, air conditioning and heating, and private outdoor space. Garden Level has a patio; Penthouse has a deck and is upstairs on the second story.
Solar panels, thoughtful insulation, and a shared edible garden are part of Casa Miranda’s design. Both apartments also have energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) that bring in filtered fresh outdoor air. Our Little Free Game Library in front of the property adds a playful connection to the neighborhood.

North Park’s coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and nightlife are part of the pleasure of staying here. Head out to explore, then return to your own apartment on a quiet residential street.
Morley Field and Bird Park are about a five-minute walk away. Central Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are about a five- to ten-minute drive. Beaches and other San Diego destinations make day trips beyond the neighborhood.
