Yes—there are some fabulous grocery stores close to Casa Miranda. You can walk to Vons and Barons Market, each about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. For a short drive, Whole Foods, Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, and Sprouts are all within about a 10-minute drive. Both apartments have full kitchens, so it’s easy to stock up and enjoy meals at home.

Yes. Casa Miranda is about a five- to ten-minute walk from North Park nightlife, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops to explore. We’re also in a quiet residential part of North Park, so you can enjoy a night out and return to a peaceful home base. A neighborhood library and parks are nearby, too.

Morley Field and Bird Park are about a five-minute walk away. Central Balboa Park, with its museums, and the San Diego Zoo are about a five- to ten-minute drive away.

The Penthouse is upstairs on the second story and requires stairs. Garden Level is on the ground floor. If stairs are a concern, contact us about the entrance and access details before booking.

Yes—our quiet residential location makes Casa Miranda a lovely home base for visiting family or friends. Lots of families and other residents live nearby, and you’ll have an apartment of your own while staying close to neighborhood life. Check our Google Maps location against your family’s address to see how close you’ll be.

We do not provide dedicated parking. Guests generally find ample free street parking nearby; when spaces on our block are taken, parking is usually available around the corner. Parking can be challenging in busier parts of North Park, but we’re fortunate to be on a quieter residential street within walking distance of central North Park. Availability varies, and spaces are not reserved. Always check posted street signs and parking restrictions.

Casa Miranda is in North Park, at 3722 and 3724 28th Street, San Diego, CA 92104. Our apartments are on a residential street near neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, and Balboa Park’s northeast area.

Choose Garden Level for a ground-level apartment with a private patio. Choose Penthouse for a second-story apartment with a private deck. Both have one bedroom, one bathroom, and room for up to two guests.

Yes. Both units have ERVs, or energy recovery ventilators, that bring in filtered fresh outdoor air.
